Take your wrist measurement in inches, then add 0.5" for a fit bracelet or 1" for a more comfortable bracelet. Depending on the result, choose the most appropriate size:
- Small: 6.5"
- Regular: 7"
- Large: 7.5"
*The bracelet is elastic so remove it carefully and avoid stretching it too much in order to maintain a firm elasticity.
